3) Their $695 'Standard Plus Package' includes ten concepts designed by five designers and includes unlimited rounds of revisions. It also includes a CD with the final files and a 'stationery package' which allows for two stationery design concepts (for business cards, letter heads or envelopes)

Upon ordering customers are assigned a 'project manager' or 'consultant' that works with them on a one to one basis throughout the design process. Customer service is offered 24 hours a day.

In addition to the above logo design packages Infinity Logo Design also offers stationery, website and brochure design. They can also set you up with promotional items branded with your logo such as caps, pens, T-Shirts and coffee mugs.

Once you have received your final logo formats you are able to view them in the 'my account' part of their website. Infinity do not retain any rights to the final designs and hand full ownership over to their customers.

After customers have received their initial design concepts they are able to receive a refund if they are not satisfied. If they do decide to proceed with revisions then they are able to have revisions made until they are satisfied with their final design.
