In this report we reviewed Logocare, an online provider of custom logo designs. We start off by analyzing their custom logo packages, services and delivery times among other information. Towards the end we examine some of their consumer feedback to better understand customer opinions regarding their services.

Logocare.com is a medium sized design firm located in Miami, Florida in the US. They specialize in custom logo design and also offer their clients a range of other design services.

Design Packages and Prices

Logocare.com is unique in that they offer only one package price, $269 for unlimited logo design concepts and unlimited revisions. Customers can keep requesting concepts until they are presented with one that they love and wish to go ahead with. And once they have selected a concept they can then have an unlimited number of revisions made until it is precisely what they want. Logocare also offers stationery design, website design and mascot design for additional charges. Five designers from their in-house team are assigned to each project to offer consumers a variety of designs from different perspectives.

At Logocare.com every case is handled by a project manager knowledgeable in marketing and branding who hand-picks the design team to work on each project depending on the nature of the clients business and briefs them accordingly.

Full copyright to the final logo design is granted to the customer and they are free to register it as a unique trademark.

LogoCare.com has excellent guarantee policies in place that are very reassuring to prospective clients. Even though they will keep providing concepts and keep doing revisions until clients are happy they will offer an unconditional money-back guarantee if clients are not fully satisfied with their design concepts.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is between one and three days for all of their services. For those clients who require faster delivery time Logocare also off a ‘platinum package’ whereby they guarantee to have you logo concepts delivered within one business day. The ‘platinum package’ also includes an additional three designers working on the project so you get an even larger number of initial concepts right away to allow you to move forward at a quicker pace.

File Formats

Logocare supports multiple file formats. Whether you need your logo for print, a website or for large scale banners and billboards they can provide you with the file formats that you require. The most popular file formats such as vector (.ai), jpg, bmp, tif, gif are provided to customers and other formats are also available if requested.

Design Awards and Ratings

We were unable to find any information on the Logocare.com website or on the Internet referring to awards or competitions that have been won by LogoCare.

Design Portfolio

If you would like to view some examples of the work done by the Logocare team they have a portfolio on their websites showing work that they have done for other clients. You can browse through over 120 samples of completed designs for a large variety of industries. These range from acupuncture logos through to logos for roofing specialists and everything in between.

Assessment of Opinion and Reviews on the Internet

Bearing in mind that the user reviews and consumer feedback that you can find on the Internet cannot be deemed 100% true we nevertheless set out to get an idea of what people are saying about Logocare on websites, forums, blogs and consumer feedback sites.

1) We were able to find a Logocare review on StatsReview.com. One user posted a comment stating that he received extremely slow service and that, in his opinion, they don’t have an office in Miami and are actually an operation based in China. Another user agreed with this, stating that his credit card was billed from Hong Kong. While they do indeed have a Chinese language website and cater to the Chinese market as well as the English speaking market we were unable to confirm exactly where their business is located. The English version of their website lists a Miami address. Other customer complaints on StatsReview.com noted that they are unprofessional and slow to respond to requests for design changes.

2) On ComplaintsBoard.com there have also been some negative reviews although these have been mixed in with some general positive comments. Complaints related mostly to billing problems, design quality and the precise location of this company.
