A logo re-design package is also offered for $149 for those companies with logos in need of an update.

In addition customers can also opt for special packages that also include complete stationery layouts with business cards, letterhead and envelopes. They also offer web design and brochure design services.

Unlimited revisions are offered on all packages and are completed within 48 hours. Customers get full ownership rights of the logos that they have purchased.

They also offer an Eminent Membership Program that would be worthwhile for customers wanting to order more than one package. The membership fee is $50 and entitles members to receive exclusive discounts and premium services.

Customer support is offered right throughout the design process and lifetime after sales support is included with each order.

Logo Design Pros offer an unconditional money back guarantee up to the point where you receive the initial logo concepts. At that point you can choose to continue the design process by proceeding with revisions, accept the designs or opt to receive your money back. Delivery Time

Delivery of the initial design concepts is within two to three working days and if you are really in a hurry to get a logo they will deliver within 24 hours for an extra $100 service charge.

File Formats

A variety of file formats are delivered with each order and these include formats for both web and print. Grayscale format is included if you wish to register your logo as a trademark and black and white format is also included for fax letterheads or newspaper advertising. Logo Design Pros also offer to communicate with your printing company to confirm that they can deliver your logo in a format that is compatible with them.

While we were unable to find any references to Logo Design Pros winning any awards or logo design competitions their website states that their design team have won numerous awards.

Design Portfolio

To view samples of the logos completed by this company you are able to view an extensive portfolio on their website that includes logo examples that are divided into 29 different industry categories that include everything from ‘accounting’ to ‘travel’. They also have samples of their animated logo designs, website designs, banner designs and stationery designs. If you don’t want your completed logo to be featured as part of their portfolio on their website which is available for public viewing then you only have to submit a request and they will refrain from doing so.

Assessment of Opinion and Reviews on the Internet

We searched online thoroughly looking for both positive reviews and complaints relating to Logo Design Pros. The logo business is fairly competitive and consumers have to realize that some companies are employing some pretty underhanded tactics to boost their own image and destroy that of their competitors. So the viewpoints that you can read online should be seen as a rough guide only and can’t necessarily be taken to be true. Unbiased, independent reviews are hard to find.

Overall we were not able to find a lot of feedback from consumers but what we found was quite mixed with some positive and some negative opinions. We have summarized some of the comments below.
