Below we have set out a review of the custom logo design services offered by Logolabs. We start with a basic rundown of information on this firm and later look at some of the consumer reviews and comments that their customers have posted on various websites.

Overview

Logolabs is owned and operated by US company Net eSolutions Corporation. Their office is located in Virginia in the US. They employ a team of 30 professionals and have been in the business of design since 2003.

Design Packages and Prices

Logolabs offer a variety a custom logo design packages to suit the needs of any client. Below we have included details of four of the packages on offer.

1) Firstly, the '$99 Logo' includes a single logo concept by one designer with the option to make a single revision.

2) Priced at $150 the 'Standard Design' package offers clients three concepts by two different designers. Three rounds of revisions are included to give customers a chance to make minor alterations to perfect the designs.

3) The next step up the pricing ladder is the 'Corporate Design' package. Priced at $250 this includes five concepts and three revision rounds. Three designer work on the project.

4) For $400 Logolabs offer a 'Premium Design' package. This allows for a total of ten unique concepts to choose from as well as three rounds of revisions.

Customers own the full copyright for the final logo design that they select.

In addition to custom logo design, a range of other products and services are also offered by Logolabs. These include logo repair, logo templates, business card and stationery design, brochure design and website design.

Guarantee Policy

Strangely enough there seems to be no guarantee policy listed on the Logolabs website aside from an obscure satisfaction guarantee. They don't seem to offer any form of refund as most online custom logo design firms do. If users find that the initial logo concepts that they are presented with are not to their liking they can request a redraw and this is done for free. However from that point on new concepts are charged at a rate of 50% of the logo design cost.

Delivery Time

Delivery times for the '$99 Logo' and 'Standard Design' packages are within two to three business days. Delivery of their 'Corporate Design' packages is three to four business days and for their 'Premium Design' package four to five days. Revisions are carried out within one to two business days.

File Formats

Once customers have decided on their final logo the files are delivered in an extensive range of formats for any kind of usage. These include AI, JPG, GIF, PSD, PDF, TIFF, CDR and EPS.

Design Awards and Media

From our research we have been unable to determine whether Logolabs have won any awards or contests for their logo designs. We were also not able to read any articles about them apart from press releases that they have put out occasionally.

Design Portfolio

There is a fairly extensive portfolio on the Logolabs.com website. Users can look through an assortment of logo designs to help them make a decision whether or not to order as well as to get ideas for their own logo.

Assessment of Opinion and Reviews on the Internet

We were not able to find any customer reviews, comments or complaints relating to this Logolabs and it's services. This is usually a good sign as most logo firms have at least some bad reviews floating around online from dissatisfied clients. This company also appears to be one of the less popular options for custom logo design and therefore probably does not handle the same volume as most of the companies featured on this site. This could explain the lack of references and reviews.
