LogoYes Review and Information
We set out to thoroughly review the logo design services of LogoYes. We start out by providing basic details about their custom logo packages and the
level of service that they provide. Then we look at some of the customer feedback and opinions regarding their
design quality and service.
Overview
Located in Jacksonville Florida, LogoYes was founded by John and
Elizabeth Williams in 2003 and is as an evolution of the company Logic Design, an
advertising agency boasting a number of Fortune 500 companies as clients. John Williams also writes a
column for Entrepreneur.com related to branding. They are a truly international logo design firm and even have a
Japanese version of their website catering to the Japanese market.

LogoYes.com specializes in do-it-yourself logo design but also offers custom
logo designs. Their system allows you to very easily piece together your own logo but is fairly expensive at $69
($99 including business cards). For $69 you don’t get any input from design experts so the logos are likely to end
up looking amateurish, with a very standard range of fonts and clip-art style images. Logos created using their
system could end up looking unoriginal and it is questionable as to whether you would be able to register them as
trademarks.
The focus of this website is on custom logo design whereby a design expert constructs a logo
that is tailor made for a specific client, with the client in question still having a considerable amount of input
into the design process. We will look only at the custom logo part of the LogoYes.com service as we
don’t recommend that you try to make your own logo.
Design Packages and Prices
LogoYes offer only one custom logo design package. Priced at $289 this package
includes three initial concepts done by three different designers. Customers choose the concept that appeals to
them and then they are able to have unlimited changes (revisions) made to that design until they are satisfied and
accept a final design. Customers are given 100% of the legal ownership rights to their final design that they are
then able to register as a trademark.
Guarantee Policy
LogoYes.com does not offer a money back guarantee but rather a satisfaction
guarantee. Under this policy they will present three logos to you and you then are able to choose one and have it
revised and refined until you are satisfied. Other custom logo design firms like The Logo Company offer a 100% money guarantee right throughout the entire design
process.
Delivery Time
LogoYes deliver their custom logo design concepts to clients within three
business days via email.
File Formats
The final design that you accept will be delivered to you in a variety of file formats. These
include high-resolution, EPS, JPG and GIF files.
Design Awards and Ratings
Founder John Williams has won numerous design awards over the years but we were
unable to find any specific references on the Internet to awards being won by other LogoYes staff
specifically.
Design Portfolio
To view samples of the work done by LogoYes.com you can view an extensive
portfolio of their custom designs on their website. In total they have 62 examples of their work on their website
covering a wide variety of industries from restaurants to retailing and beyond. Their custom logo designs all
feature a simplicity that other companies sometimes fail to capture and this gives their logos more of a Fortune
500 or ‘big corporation’ look that distinguishes them apart from other firms.
On-Site Testimonials
The LogoYes website does not feature extensive customer testimonials, opinions
or feedback. This is kind of refreshing as it is questionable as to how authentic some of the testimonials on some
logo websites are. Logo design companies will naturally feature only their best consumer reviews and neglect to
include any negative viewpoints. LogoYes.com does however feature one testimonial from a company
called Aviara Medspa that won the Msnbc website of the week.
Assessment of Opinion and Reviews on the Internet
While we were able to find many references and reviews for the do-it-yourself product that
LogoYes offers, we were not able to find any independent consumer feedback, complaints or opinions
relating to their custom logo designs.
There is a LogoYes review page at the BBB (Better Business Bureau) but they are not
accredited with the BBB. At the time that we checked there was no record of any complaints being filed
against them.
