'My Corporate Logo' have been offering their design services online since 2004. We have been unable to find an address for this company so we cannot be certain as to where they operate from. This is usually a sign that a design firm is located outside of major markets such as the US, Canada or the UK. One site that reports on logo companies listed an address in India for this firm but we have been unable to confirm this.

My Corporate Logo offer a variety of services that include website, business card, stationery and brochure design. We have looked only at their custom logo design service.

Four custom logo packages are on offer at the MyCorporateLogo.com site. Their basic 'Bronze' package starts at only $99 and this includes four initial concepts worked on by two different designers. Next up is the 'Silver' design package that offers six design concepts from three designers for $149. Their 'Gold' package for $199 offers ten concepts from three designers. Lastly, at the high end, they have a 'Platinum' package which is basically the gold package custom logo with an additional 'corporate identity' package.

All of the above packages offer unlimited revisions. Once you have received your concepts and made a selection you can then request that revisions, alterations and adjustments are made to the design until you reach a final design that you are happy with. Customers have access to a dedicated account manager who guides them through the design process.

Guarantee Policy

This company has a 100% satisfaction policy and also a reasonable refund policy. According to their website, you can basically get a refund if you are not happy with the preliminary designs that their designers come up with for you. After you have accepted designs and started the revision process then you would lose the refund option. Always check the fine print on any logo design website to make sure that you know where you stand in terms of guarantees and refunds.

Delivery Time

Customers receive their initial concepts within two working days from the date that their order was received. Revisions are usually completed within one day, a faster turnaround period than other companies offer.

File Formats

Upon completion, your logo design will be delivered to you via email. Adobe Illustrator, TIF, JPG and GIF formats are offered as well as numerous other formats.
